Terrible service, bought a pair of flip flops they broke in less than a week! Tried to simply exchange them today and they brushed me off with a sorry. Manager seemed lazy and lacked the welcoming vibe quicksilver is known for.

Walked in just to browse and Polar greeted me, left me my space but then a few minutes later showed me a few items on sale. Ended up purchasing a few things and came back the next day for more! Great service and clean/friendly!
Awesome shop. QUALITY apparel with the 'Kauai'/'Hawaii' branding on it. Not the generic gildan/hanes screen printed cotton T. You do have to pay $22-$30 for a shirt, but imo the quality is worth the price.
