March 5, 2015 - We had just had a wonderful time snorkeling across the street and decided to get a shave ice from Riptides before getting in the car. It was soooooo yummy. It was some kind of Sunset blend, don't know what flavors were in it. The perfect thing to rid our lips of the salt from the sea. I only wish I had taken a picture of it as not only was it yummy but it was a huge bowl and very pretty!
It was conveniently located across from a good snorkeling beach. I had a delicious Kona mocha frozen drink! The shaved ice looked great too! The lady running the stand was very friendly with good tourist tips!
Good shave ice, right on the beach and near the hotel we stayed at, a yummy treat perfect for a hot day.
