Horrible customer service. (1) Bedroom/(1) bath available for rent in Kalaheo. Attended the open house accordingly. The Realtor, Teresa A. Daher, RB mentioned to all of us (applicants) to TEXT her our e-mail addresses so Rental Applications could be sent out to ALL of us. We were a family of 3, had a young girl, and a gay couple at the open house. AD stated unit to be available by June 1, 2017. We waited and waited. Never got a single e-mail on the application at all. Texted her, no response. Until this morning I check on Craigslist, AD HAS BEEN DELETED. So therefore, it has been rented to someone else. By law, you (the realtor) are required to proccess all applicants. Discrimiation on sex, origin, marital status, and/or family status is NOT acceptable. And we were a family of 3, (a couple AND a baby). The proof is in the pudding that she intentionally ignored our inquiry BECAUSE were a family of 3! After application process is completed, from there you determine WHO is the best candidate for this unit. Based off of credit, background/criminal check, rental history, AND Landlord references. This is HOW it should be done. If your considering on purchasing a home through this Realty OR through Teresa A. Daher, RB. Don't. Sorry Tradewind Realty, I had to share this. You need to have some class. So immature. Grow up. You're acting like a 5 year old. Your discrimination is unacceptable.
