Nice shopping and eating places from burgers to fine dining. There are shops from surfing to jewelry to fine arts. For ice cream there is a Lapperts. Parking is best at the North end, but you might get lucky and find one closer. If not, there is always Valet parking.
Definitely caters almost exclusively to tourists, but it is a nice development. Be sure to look for the periodic events held here including the great local/farmer's market.
A nice shopping mall to grab some groceries, something to eat, or get some shopping done. The place is clean and looks relatively new. The stores are nice and the grocery store is awesome, but the restaurants are overpriced and didn’t was not the greatest meals (tried three different places during our trip and food at each was bland and uninspiring).
A very well managed shopping center. The marketing of the center and their events make it stand out on Kauai. The other retail landlords on the island should borrow a few pages from their playbook. A good mix of restaurants and Ruth's Chris is coming soon.
One of a few places near Poipu I recommend hitting, and this one has the most more up scale dinner spots. Great if you don't want to eat or buy drinks at the resort (Long's Drugs for the drinks, lots of restaurants to pick from for food). Farmers market on Wednesday afternoon/evening, parking will be a nightmare! But it's a great scene to hit.
Well developed shopping center, but be prepared to pay mainland upper-end prices. Well curated group of high-end restaurants and shops including a newly opened Ruth's Chris steakhouse. Also includes a Long's Drugs for your essentials.
