Pricey... but isn't everything on Kauai? I had a red eye coffee and it was good but my wife's cold pressed coffee with coconut wasn't to her liking. Unlike other reviews, I thought the service was fine. Chili the dog was cool for sure as well as the lizards (gecko?).
Not friendly... Rather rude in fact. As if we inconvenienced her by ordering. Ice was simply shave ice. Nothing special. Other customers made the stop friendly...
Great place to cool off and get some great tasting shaved ice cream. T-shirts, hats and sarongs for souvenirs too
Read about this place on a blog before my trip to Kauai. Drove all the way there and it was closed, during listed open business hours. Lady working in the attached store said the owner basically makes her own hours daily and just leaves whenever she wants. Not worth the trip. Good shaved ice at other places all over the island.
I have never given below 3 stars. My family came here and I order a large, when everyone orders a small. Mine was the smallest. I asked about it and the girl days, oh well, here, I am new. The owner and manager sat 8 ft and did not say a word. No offer to make it right, refund the difference, no acknowledgement what so ever. Terrible!!!
