Also, the lack of in condo washer and dryer was a real pain. There is an on premises laundry room but I had a heck of a time finding a time when the washers were not in use. The laundry room is only open 8 to 8 so you cannot beat the system by going early or late. I would not book any unit again without an in unit washer and dryer.
On the plus side, the condo was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and living room furniture. The grounds were nice and we saw no evidence of the green parakeet problem. The pool area was nice but closes at sundown.
Nice accommodations. Manager, Matt, was very friendly and available for questions, thanks Matt! Only downfall would be the lack of air conditioning for our condo. We rented our condo through the condo owner so not all condos are equipped the same. In fact some had added air conditioning to their units. Otherwise, the views were incredible. The condo was well equipped and priced very fair for the location! Had a great time!

The proximity to the road created a problem of a lot of road noise. Lots of "blat" cars and motorcycles going up an down the road and a fair amount of other traffic. The good news is that while the traffic starts pretty early, around 6:30 AM, it gets quiet pretty early as well. But if you are a light sleeper or have an aversion to traffic noise this may not be the place for you.
We stayed in unit 301 which is on the very front of the building. We had an "ocean view" in that we could see a small bay across the road, about 200 ft away. But this is not ocean view in the sense that it is actually directly on the ocean.
Beautifully kept resort at the beach with surfing and snorkeling right across the street.
This was a very well priced location with great food and shopping close by. Room came with everything as advertised, really nice to have a kitchen well equipped. Issues though were that the room definitely had an ant issue. No matter where water was, there was ants.
