There is an omelet bar, fresh fruit, real breakfast meats, carbs for days, gourmet and blue collar options. Everyone wins here for sure.
The breakfast buffet is delicious. Definitely get the fried rice and the gruava juice
I gave five stars because the Sunday brunch was SO food. It is a little pricey, but I didn't want to knock the stars down for that.
Medical emergency interrupted our experience. Less than accommodating staff up to the director of food and beverage to make the experience enjoyable on round two. The view is amazing. The food, didn't taste it as we had just got our plates for the buffet. 150 for three empty plates is a bit steep IMO.
Only 4 stars due to the aggressive birds. Maui had a net covering the opening only allowing a few birds in. Get past the birds and the breakfast buffet is the perfect start to a long day. Probably just about anything, anyone would want.
If your a guest at the Grand Hyatt you get 50% off breakfast and 20% off lunch. The Food was great and service was great. If you think it's a little pricey, well then you might have forgotten that you're in Hawai'i and everything is pricey. The birds, I thought were a nice addition. It gives it a natural feel. However if you're someone that likes to complain too much than the birds might not be your thing.
