This is our 10th time here in Kauai. Poipu Kapili is one of the nicest places we've stayed in, considering location, amenities, grounds, size of rooms, and price. We stayed in unit 20. AC in bedroom. A must.
Hawaii Revealed also calls the staff at Poipu Kapili "top-notch" and indeed they are. They are unfailingly polite and helpful.
The location is great, you can easily walk to all the shops and restaurants of both shopping centers, Poipu Shopping Village and The Shops at Kukui'ula and easily walk to the beach as well.
Very nice resort! Apparently these units are privately owned and Parrish manages them. The townhouse is on 2 levels. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. A full bath and a pull out couch downstairs. Fully loaded kitchen. There are even chairs and sand toys for the beach. One nice bonus that I found was a collection of books. So far it's all good and next trip to HawIi, I'll look at Parrish first.

Amazingly beautiful here. I'm amazed at all the things here in the condo were able to use. There are boogie boards, tennis rackets and toys for my son's. The grounds and pool are so well kept. The supplied BBQ'S provided are brand new.

The location is quiet because there is very little through traffic.
Little condos literally right on the beach. Has excellent views. One of the nicest pools I've ever swam in. It's a salt water polo that feels extremely light and soft.
The units themselves are big, really big, well maintained and most have an island casual vibe about them, but individual owners can make a lot of decisions on the decor.
Truly perfect. Perfect beaches real close too.
I first discovered PK on a trip where I was staying at Kiahuna Plantation, close by. That was 15+ years ago and Poipu Kapili is still my favorite condo development in the south.
The guidebook Hawaii Revealed lists Poipu Kapili as "a real gem" and that is a huge understatement.
