Great affordable place to eat on Kauai's South Shore. Consistently good food with super-friendly staff! Literally a 'hole in the wall', but those can be the best food around, right? See photo for our favorite burrito! Enjoy!
Yo. We came to Kauai from California. We in California are quite certain we have the best Mexican food of anywhere. Except, you know, Mexico... probably.
Highly recommend. Price, quantity, quality, and speed. Checks all the boxes. Worth coming down from the north shore to get Da Crack.
I got a lava fish burrito, Mexican rice, pinto and cheese and let me tell you... it was off the hook good. Maybe slight complaint that lava wasn't actually very spicy, but it tasted amazing.
Great burritos/bowls/tacos from some friendly locals. They use fresh ingredients and the food is really good. I recommend taking it to one of the nearby beaches to enjoy.
Friendly and quick service, but burritos were completely tasteless. We took veggie versions, one with mild sauce, one with hot sauce. Both were exactly the same and looks like there was no sauce at all in either. Portion size was good.
Disappointed, I was really hoping that it would be a great place for return visits. It was like a over priced Chipotle. The fish had no flavor what so ever. All I tasted was rice and beans in my fish burrito.
