Very well prepared food with emphasis on local fish and produce, with some imported. Excellent flavors from creative cuisine. Intimate dining area. Good wine list and by-glass selections.

The staff at Red Salt really shines, however the food really does not live up to the exorbitant prices. I'm from NYC and this ranks with Manhattan pricing and certainly isn't Manhattan-quality food. I did enjoy the lobster gnocchi. My husband's steak came overcooked and the drinks were just okay for the $18-20 per cocktail price. Kind of disappointed given how highly recommended this restaurant is. This is the only option in the Koa Kea resort for breakfast... also not worth the price. Don't get the sushi either, they don't even use a bamboo mat so it falls apart as soon as you try to pick it up. You barely get 4oz. of fish in an entire roll. Overall, not a memorable experience.
A fresh, hip and modern ambiance in the lobby and dining room, very inviting. 4 people in our breakfast party, we were all satisfied and would return. The lobster eggs Benedict were excellent. And while the pancake soufflé was under done in my personal view, too frothy for my taste, we were assured that’s how it is meant to be – and we did finish every last bite. Also, great service by Jenny our server.
Diverse menu. Ordered foie gras, tomatoe/borrata salad & charred octopus. For the main course we ordered lamb chops, braised short ribs osso buco style. Everything was full of flavor, well put together plates. Service was excellent as well.
Great dining experience. Instantly greeted and seated. The wait staff was quick without being over bearing. The dinner was perfect. I had the short ribs and the girlfriend had the glazed half chicken. The steaks seemed pricy but they also had a fifty dollar hamburger. If your tired of being gouged at the Marriott it's a short walk next door. Better pool menu also.
